Polarlar
Polarlar is a story about the migration of Polarlar, a polar bear from the North Pole, and the impact of the excessive city development on it. It is aimed to arouse children's awareness to the global warning issue and the importance of environmental protection.

Global warming has always been a very serious problem to the world, affecting all human beings and living creatures. Although this topic has been widely discussed and it is not rare to see news and media covering the issue with lots of documentaries, graphs, statistics and figures, people's awareness to it is still insufficient, especially for children.
Polarlar is designed to serve as an educational tool to offer a simple picture of global warming problems to children; to parents and teachers with a few implicit messages which has a reflective impact on affecting their attitude towards global warming and environmental protection and hence guiding the children to think about the issue in depth and critically.

The illustration of Polarlar was awarded Certificate of Excellence for the Second Greater China Illustration Awards in 2012.
