As part of the wider Lujiazui Pudong Qiantan masterplan, also completed by Benoy, Qian Tan Office Park has been designed as an integral component of the third Central Business District of Shanghai.

The graphic team was able to take the opportunities to develop property branding together with signage and wayfinding system. The strategy for the branding was to establish a new and positive lifestyle hub for the city, the Qian Tan development had been designed with sustainability in mind. The location of this new district would create a major public transport interchange and waterfront entertainment and leisure destination. Hence, the pedestrian friendly signage design incorporated an abundance of green spaces.
